Of course, the first criteria was that it has to be italian, them quickly the wood oven was added to the list and later the quality of the dough and ingredients completed the list of "evaluation" criteria.

Maybe I have a few places pending to visit, but so far and always following popular recommendations I have visited more than 15 places.
